PeakFrame Inc. ("PeakFrame," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who We Are

PeakFrame Inc. is a hardware company incorporated in Nova Scotia, Canada. We design and sell wall-mounted smart displays for photo-verified habit tracking, along with companion mobile applications for iOS and Android.

Information We Collect

Account information. When you create a PeakFrame account we collect your name, email address, and password (stored encrypted).

Photos and habit data. When you log a habit through the PeakFrame app, we store the photo you upload along with the timestamp, habit name, and completion status. This data is used to display your activity on your PeakFrame device.

Device information. We collect basic information about the devices you use to access PeakFrame, including your phone model, operating system, app version, and unique device identifiers.

Purchase information. When you buy a PeakFrame device, our payment processor (Shopify Payments) collects your payment details directly. We do not store your credit card information. We retain your name, email, shipping address, and order history for fulfillment and customer service.

Usage data. We collect information about how you use the PeakFrame app and device, including login times, features accessed, and crash reports through Firebase Analytics.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the PeakFrame service
  • To sync your photos and habit data between the app and your device
  • To process and ship your orders
  • To respond to customer support requests
  • To send important updates about your account or our service
  • To comply with legal obligations

Where Your Data Is Stored

Your photos and habit data are stored on Contabo servers located in Europe. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Authentication is handled through JWT tokens.

Order information is stored on Shopify's servers in compliance with PCI standards.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your data only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate PeakFrame, including Shopify, Contabo, Firebase, and shipping carriers
  • Law enforcement when required by valid legal request

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and data by emailing info@thepeakframe.com
  • Export your data
  • Withdraw consent

Children's Privacy

PeakFrame is not intended for children under 13.

Data Retention

We retain account data while active. Deleted accounts are removed within 30 days. Orders are kept for 7 years.
