30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date your PeakFrame is delivered to return it for a full refund. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
- Email info@thepeakframe.com with your order number and a brief note that you'd like to return your PeakFrame
- We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions
- Pack the PeakFrame in its original packaging if possible
- Ship it back to the address we provide
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days
Return Condition
To qualify for a full refund, your PeakFrame should be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In good working condition (normal use is fine — we expect you to actually use it)
- Returned with all original accessories (mounting hardware, setup guide, cables)
We will not refund devices that have been physically damaged, modified, or rendered unusable through misuse.
Return Shipping
For returns within Canada, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Return shipping is free for any reason within the 30-day window.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing.
Defective Products
If your PeakFrame arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@thepeakframe.com. We will replace it at no cost to you. This is separate from the 30-day money-back guarantee — defective products will be replaced or refunded regardless of how long you've had them, within the warranty period.
Warranty Claims (After 30 Days)
PeakFrame devices come with a one-year limited hardware warranty. If your device fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
To make a warranty claim, email info@thepeakframe.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if applicable.
The warranty does not cover damage from drops, water, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your PeakFrame for a different unit (for example, due to a defect), email us and we'll arrange the exchange directly.
